Collection of Personal Information. Wish Makers agree that personal data including, but not limited to, name, phone number, and email address may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used for the purposes of conducting and administering the Wish Campaign. This data may be transferred into Singapore. Further, this data may also be used by BIBD and the Campaign Administrator to verify a Wish Maker’s identity, postal address and telephone number in the event a Wish Maker qualifies for any applicable prize as well as to deliver the applicable prize(s). If a Wish Maker does not provide the required data when requested, that Wish Maker’s Entries will be ineligible for any awards. All information provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Wish Campaign.

We will not make unsolicited requests for customer information through email or the telephone, unless customers initiate contact with us. We will use any information collected as minimally as possible, mainly to assist us in customising and delivering services and products that are of interest to our customers. Under no circumstances will we ask customers to reveal their Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) or Passwords.

Use Of Customer Information. By accepting a prize, the Wish Maker agrees to BIBD and its agencies use of the Wish Maker’s name and/or likeness and Wish Story for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. In addition, we may use your contact information to market to you, and provide you with information about, our products and services. Unless we have the customer's agreement or are required by law, we will not disclose customer information to external parties.

Handling Of Customer Information. We have established strict confidentiality standards for safeguarding information on our customers.

Compliance By External Parties. External parties who, in the course of providing support services to us, may come into contact with customer information, are required to observe our privacy standards.
