How Wishes Are Granted
Is your dream to be a doctor? Maybe a vacation with your loved ones is what you have been yearning for?
Submit your wish story and every month, up to 10 Wish-Makers' wishes will be
granted. For the entire campaign, other than the 90 monthly winners, there will be
three Wish-makers for BND 100,000 and only one Wish-Maker for a wish of BND 1
Million.
The final deadline for submitting wishes is on 31 December 2009, 12pm.
We will sponsor Wish Stories that are sincere and accurately portrays your current state and how saving can improve your current state.
To convince us why your wish should be granted, it should explain the following areas:
- Your current financial state. Which aspect of your life requires assistance?
- Transformational role of savings in the Wish-Maker's life. How will savings change your current situation?
- Wish-maker's future plans. Is your wish sustainable? How will you work towards your dream?
- Inclusiveness of the Wish. Does your wish affect your loved ones or others?
Judging Process

Wish Stories submitted through:
Deadline: Last day of qualifying month, 12pm Entries submitted after deadline will be carried forward to the following month. |
| Shortlist | Wish Campaign Administrator shortlists the Wish Stories based on the four criteria, as stated in the website and on the Wish Form. |
| Account Balance Check | Shortlisted stories are then checked for BND2,000 minimum monthly average balance. Wish Makers with accounts less that BND2,000 will have their stories carried forward to the next qualifying month. |
| Judging | Seven judges of varied backgrounds will score the top 30 shortlisted Wish Stories. Each Wish Story shown to the judges is only accompanied by the corresponding Wish Code or Serial No. to ensure fairness during judging. Each Wish Story is scored according to the four criteria. |
| Monthly Awards | The Wish Story that received the highest points during the monthly judging will be shortlisted for the Quarterly Award. The Wish Stories ranked second to eleventh will received the Monthly Awards. |
| Quarterly Awards | In July 2009, October 2009 and January 2010, top Wish Stories from the qualifying months of April to June, July to September and October to December respectively will be judged again. Background check to determine authenticity of the Wish Story will be done before awarding the Wish- Maker. Minimum monthly balance of BND2,000 is still required. The top Wish Story of each quarter will be awarded the Quarterly Award and the other two Wish Stories will be awarded the monthly awards. |
